This guided meditation takes about 15 minutes. The first time you experience the meditation, you might want to sit in front of the video or just close your eyes. If you feel dizzy or any discomfort, you can adjust by taking a deep breath or just breaking the meditation up into five minute segments. Certainly, discontinue if you feel dizzy or anything. After a few times using this meditation, you might break it up so that you can have a quick 2-3 minute experience slowing down, sensing your capacity for the moment/day and prioritizing your day around this capacity.
