Shifting from "what" and "Why" to How

Beyond Conventional ADHD Therapy/Coaching
Our unique ways of processing and interacting shouldn’t be sticking points to receiving help. And yet, many conventional approaches still foster deficit-based thinking. For starters, there’s too much emphasis on productivity as a measure of worthiness and implicit messaging that suggests AuDHDers need to “catch-up.”
Our advisory is focused on helping you improve regulation and supporting your implementation of individualized strategies in your life as it unfolds organically.
✦︎ AuDHD isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about finding a rhythm that works for you.
✦︎This advisory is for those who’ve been burnt out by routines and therapy models that don’t resonate, and for those who crave clarity but don’t know how to find it.
✦︎ You may feel like you’re constantly overcompensating, guessing, or reacting to what others need—so much so that you’ve lost sight of what actually matters to you.
✦︎ This 12-week ADHD advisory is designed to help you regulate, pace, and follow through in a way that feels sustainable and aligned without burnout, shame, or losing yourself in the process.
✦︎ You don’t need to force direction. As you slow down, regulate, and create space, clarity will come naturally. This advisory helps you stay within reasonable limits, build momentum, and reconnect with what truly matters without sacrificing your relationships or well-being.
At the end of the day it's about building a Solid Foundation. This takes Time and Support

Frequently asked questions
Focused Follow-Through Office Hours are Wednesdays Arizona Time 12:00pm through 3:00pm. Tentatively set May through August 2025. Contact ahead of time for alternative options.
Each person’s journey is unique, but common areas of focus include:
🔹 Emotional regulation: ~ learning how to manage overwhelm and stress.
🔹 Pacing & follow-through: ~ creating sustainable routines that honor your needs.
🔹 Self-advocacy: ~ communicating boundaries and expectations effectively.
🔹 Decision-making & clarity: ~ reducing mental clutter and overthinking to come up with a definitive decision around a particular need.
🔹 Self-care integration: ~ practicing and prioritizing in areas that keep eluding you notwithstanding therapy, checklists, and self-help books.
If your expectation is therapy related or involves a crisis, this workshop is not for you. Coaching presumes your ability to retain and implement the information provided “as is” without additional support. So, for example, if you have excessive anxiety, and are prone to panic attacks, therapy may be a better option.
This advisory is a great fit for someone who is in need of more than a pep talk, and would like the accountability and structure that comes with checking in and receiving weekly feedback to pinpoint strengths and vulnerabilities as you hone your skills primarily with focus, regulating and connecting to others.
There are no refunds as there’s no way to “take back” the services that are provided. If you are unsure, we recommend the free initial consult and that you ease into coaching with a single power session. We can also discuss other options.
The services you receive in this advisory are gleaned from years of in-depth training and clinical experience and available for much more in your average coaching or therapy sessions. In our experience, participants make much faster progress in this “high touch” coaching experience than in conventional therapy or ADHD coaching.
Remember, office hours are every week, so you can always roll your concerns to the following week. There is also a generous three hour window in which to communicate your needs.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to this unique offer.
ADHDers and Autistics often experience challenges that generate anxiety and reflect lost awareness of time, cycling problem-solving, fatigue and disconnect.
Over the course of the advisory, participants are encouraged to set no more than three modest goals, (one at a time), and work through them with the structure and guidance provided in the advisory.
Common areas often include specific relationship issues, fatigue, pacing or decision-making.
This advisory doesn’t push productivity. It is designed to help you regulate, pace, and follow through on goals in a way that feels sustainable and aligned. It’s about staying engaged without losing yourself.
